What are my options?
Our engagements come in two shapes that offer great flexibility: a set total amount of hours over a flexible period of time (project-based), and a set amount of hours every month (month-based). With these two vehicles, we can support clients with tiny budget and clients with full scale long term projects, and whatever falls in between.
PROJECT BASED ENGAGEMENTS
In the case where you know what you need done, but you don’t have time or resources to do it, this would be a good candidate for a project-based engagement.
We analyze your requirements, design a solution, and break it down into deliverable parts with approximate estimates of effort for each part. We also establish the assumptions and risks known from the start.
Our project management resources track the work completed, communicate progress to our clients, and collaborate with the team to ensure the project is running on schedule
ONTH BASED ENGAGEMENTS
In some situations, the need is ongoing, or perhaps the full scope of work is not clear from the outset, but work needs to start right away. These cases are ideally suited for a month-based engagement.
We connect with your ticketing system (or set one up for you), and you identify and choose the priority of each task. We estimate the effort to complete each task and provide you with the decision to go forward or defer.
This gives you tremendous visibility and control, and when the hours for the month have been worked, we either wait until the following month to continue, or we may extend the hours for that month, if you prefer.
