Congratulations! You’ve found our application page!
Here’s the process ahead of us:
You send a resume and a quick introduction—how you found us, what you’re looking for, what animal you choose to be transformed into if you were cursed by a witch?
We read it, and get back to you to set up an introductory phone call with our CEO. It’s casual, just getting to know each other at that stage.
If both of us are excited about next steps, you talk with our Chief of Architecture and receive a technical exercise to do offline, with a deadline, to see what you’ve got. We use real world code, here, so you should get a taste of the action.
We review your submission, and set up a pair-programming session with our CTO, where we really get to know about your technical skills and approach. This bit can be a little nerve-wracking, but don’t sweat it— just be yourself..
You may get a few more phone interviews with team members you’ll be working with.
If all goes well, we’ll make you an offer as an introductory employee, that is, a “trial basis” for 3 months to make sure we’re a good fit together— we’re as interested in your professional success as we hope you are in ours, so we make sure we are open with each other as possible.
Once agreements are signed— if we’ve made it this far— we will onboard you, set you up with our communication tools and standards, and then start assigning work to you from our project management team.
